I'm Vicky (or Vix to my friends ;)) and help run an animal rescue forum called Animal Lifeline UK where I saw the link to this site. :) I trained as an architect but kinda drifted into graphic design. I don't really have time to play with graphics as much as I'd like though. Most of the things I do at the moment are for my business and animal rescues and the forum I designed, including the logos, etc. which you can see here: www.forum.animallifelineuk.org I'm a bit of a computer geek and run a couple of servers in my office for my web design work, and I also run most of my machines on various distributions of Linux (Debian on my laptop and Ubuntu on my desktop). I do use CS4, run via Wine on my main PC, but on the others I use open source software so can make some good recommendations for anyone wanting to do some decent design work on totally free software. :) Anyway, that's me.
